trying to play+admin while people are talking about something I don't care about in vent gets annoying when I'm trying to listen to my team-mates and co-ordinate a massive spy crab rush.
The best way to get around the alt+tab is to either exit out of the gameand jump in then reload the game and hop back in. Or for the paranoid who don't want to sacrifice valuable points, jump in Vent BEFORE you load the game. A lot easier.
