What does it mean if something say "Faulty hardware" or "Faulty Memory"?

I can honestly nothing about a pc, only playing

Generally faulty associated with hardware is going to mean replacement. There are some instances where you may be able to circumvent bad sectors or chips but most likely your hardware has gone bad or best case was improperly installed. Check to make sure everything inside the case is securely plugged in. Otherwise think about running a hardware test to see what might be wrong.
