The fourth one (the gray one with red text) is by far the best, in my opinion. It looks great. My one suggestion is to take away the red text, or change it's color. I suggest making it white, but red looks really bad and kinda hurts your eyes (maybe that's just 'cause I'm colorblind).

But if you change the text on that one, it would look epic good work on them!

I can't even tell what 2 of them are saying...
I've got a 26" LCD TV as my monitor...

Maybe pick some colors that aren't primary or secondary.
Also a text that's not crazy or over-done.

But like many of the people have said here, they are kind of hard to read..
a good size for eGO signatjures is about 500wx200h (it can be as much as 220px high without scrolling) most of my sigs are 400x100 but you need some more contest on your text. try not to pick fonts with SO MUCH going on.. and not so bright on the colors, if you're able to try bordering the text or add a shadow, so that they stand out more.

"Pretty much" colorblind? Hehe, you're either colorblind or you're not, son You could say I'm "red" colorblind, so the dark red text doesn't stand out easily, but any raw color (FF0000, 0000FF, 00FFFF, etc.) is rather assaulting on the eyes.
