There's a lot of things that Jail needs done, there's a lot of things more important than maps that need to get done. Things will get done when they can. Maps are lower priority as most of the time its the same 4-5 maps anyways and it seems as though most players are content while other things...

Admins should be on a common and defined understanding of the rules. Playing CT or T they can handle issues according for either team.

I like this. A whitelist / admin only Jailbreak server. That sounds like a lot of fun not having to listen to people spam chat, voip, and no worries about racism, or people breaking the rules. To be able to play Jail again, them feels right there.
