well I'm old...I just started getting back into this. My little brother and alll my buddies out lift me significantly, so I thought I get back into it.
Right now, on Barbells (bench press), In reps of 10, 7, 5, working my way up to 215lbs. I haven't tried maxing out yet because I workout alone (5am in the morning). Less with incline (by 20lbs) and maybe more on decline (5 -10lbs)
On the dumb bell (bench press), I work out pretty much the same, reps of 10, 7, 5 up to 100lbs. Less with incline (by 20lbs) and maybe more on decline (5 -10lbs). Dumb bells are my favorite, better ROM.
Seated rows (on the Hammer Machine), I'm pulling 270lbs in reps of 10.
Starting this week, I'm working on core exercises, squats, pulls and heavy shrugs.
