Advertisements are coming to gaming. I bet that if this money making scheme works well in Counter Strike, it will probarly come to all other games hosted by Steam. So its pretty much "We Pay You to see Advertisements, so YOU can make more money! Yay" I mean come on, I know how much you want your Ferrari, but this is pushing it.

Think about this, your playing your DOD, and when you look at your score it says: "PRIVATE, YOUR SCORE IS ONLY 1:6, BECAUSE YOUR NOT DRINKING BAWLS! GO GET YOUR SELF SOME BAWLS ENERGY DRINK, AND GET BETTER SCORE NOW! PRIVATE!" LOL.

they are going to start having annoying popups in the game. it will be hella lame. I could see like a picture on the wall as ok, kinda like a spray, but it would get out of control

Actually, I have the pop machine in the apartments already scripted. Just decided not to add it. Noxus has seen it.

Ingame ads are already being implemented in most new EA games. Battlefield 2142 for example.

I would actually enjoy if they had advertisment ads ingame. They would more than likely be html, which gives myself the idea of editing the ads into something the clan would need. Like a stats billboard.

Kendle does have a point. If the advertisements were editable, they could be used to accomplish a lot of things, possibly getting people to find the website without asking for the url a million times

Kendle only likes the idea of new tech toys so he can become better at them than the creators are in a week and then laugh at them. And yeah that soda machine was pretty funny, you couldn't knock it over too which is good, preventing it from blocking. You should put that PC monitor in there though! That was cool. I'd shoot it every time I walk by.

You know kendle, You could add a graffiti on the wall like on the church doors that reads the website. Then no one will ask because it'll be right there.

Well, imagine that the ad had a url to it and that if you shot it you would instantly get linked to that website through your default browser...... that would be annoying very quickly :-b
