i plan on duel boxing with a touch screen monitor

You don't need some epic video card. My buddy runs a carputer with an old dell laptop and a touchscreen. Not to mention its like a 512Mb of RAM

Some people need a touchscreen. Don't say it's stupid just because you don't need one.
I would suggest one, but I don't really know of any.
