Ok, a few things:

1. To attend admin school, you have to be at least an eG. You are an e, so you can't attend yet.
2. When you do get your G, you sign up in the Admin School private forums.

 

[Duality]

Thats not entirely true, e's can attend admin 101 if theres an open position. Of course spots always goto admins first but theres usually open spots in server. They would need to contact their division's admin trainers to sign up.
