Need Help!

I'm trying to start making maps but everytime
I open hammer this is what happens in this order

1. Start Hammer.

2. Go to tools/options.

Game Configurations Tab
3. Hit Edit, which is under Configuration.

4. Hit Add, and type in Insurgency Mod.

5. Hit the Add button under Game Data files, find insurgency.fgd under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\jasonww05\insurgency\insurgency\mapsrc.

CRASH

After I do the 5th step of setting up hammer the think just crashes fr no reason at all no error message it just freeze in place

My computer specs and all that good stuff are all up to par this must be a bug anyone can help pleasE?

i got a working config for ins so i could just sned it too you in a day or 2 when i get home to my main computer

Gameinfo.txt should have the following below the HL2 game. Make sure before editing this file its not READ ONLY and after you are done and saved, make sure its set to READ ONLY.

Where it says YOUR ACCOUNT, put your account name there.

If this doesn't work, try deleting the whole Source SDK folder (NOT SDK CONTENT) and restart steam and relaunch Source SDK. And re-adding INS to the gameinfo.txt

I found a link on the ins section and got it working thanks for the help though maybe you can help me with something else though!

is there a easy way to get the 4 windows back up at one time and in order like the camera is on the top left and the top view is in the top right and the front is bottom left and side is bottom right i think!

is there a hot key or shortcut to get those windows back in order because sometimes i hit the wrong button the four windows might turn in to just 1 big one.

shift+z toggles between having the current view-port full screen and all 4 and control+a fixes the sizing if it get messed up.

and just z give you camera controls with wasd and the mouse in the 3d viewport
