can cd keys for games bought on steam be used by someone else if they haven't been used...? ive had the warhammer games for ages but ive never been interested in them so their not being used, haven't been installed. could i pass them on to someone else? or am stuck with them?
the keys are permanently attached to your steam account the only exception is things like 4 packs and things like the orange box where you can gift the extra copies of hl2 and the ep1 it give you if you already had those games.
