Admin keys

Not able to activate my Admin ability on my computer ??? I went into Opions, Keyboard, Advanced, and enabled developer console. Don't know what the problem is. Can someone chat or e-mail me what to do. The other day I was the only =(eG)= playing and I needed to kick two guys because their names were really offensive. 8)
