So I just got back from my tae kwon do class & we had our annual kick-a-thon. We do as many kicks as we can possibly give within an hour (didnt matter what kind we use). Well majority of the class decided to do that while I decided to break boards. Now mind you that these are hard plastic re-breakable boards. There is a line in the middle that you have to connect with in order to break it in half. Good thing I had another classmate decide to break boards with me. Last years total was 24,312 kicks and 322 broken boards. I cant remember right off the boat the # of the kicks that were done, but we def shattered last years # on boards. This year we broke 405 boards (I led the way w/ 254). Im def proud of myself for breaking so many boards.
