Replacement Mainboard

Okay, so i was neglectful yesterday while removing one of my video cards and knocked a capacitor off my mainboard. Not a problem i said, ill solder it back on. Well obviously it was a problem because the leads were ripped off of the capacitor as well. So now im looking at a replacement for my MSI NF980-G65. My budget is $120, ($200 if i can sell my video cards).

I found these boards and was wondering what you guys thought.

or

ASUS M4N75TD

Needs to house two GTX460 graphics cards, 4DDR3 sticks, Phenom II x4 945, SSD, 2 HDDs sata, sata disk drive, ATA disk drive.
