The next Counter Strike?

The name of the game is Tactical Intervention, it is not currently available because it is in the first wave on beta, which started on May 28th 2010. The game was made by the same guy who created the Counter Strike series (Minh Le), and by watching some of the videos some of the sounds were "recycled". Along with the "recycled sounds" the game seems to be running on some newer version of the Source engine (player outlines seem familiar [L4D2?]) .The game looks to be like another version of Counter strike just without the name (which Valve owns of course). So, do you think that Valve will buy this game, which will announce a Counter Strike 3?

idk valve has a good record with buying indie games. i/e CS / portal. It could be a good buy for them.
