Well, your going to lose when you play 1v1, it's a fact. Once you do enough games, you'll get over it and just keep playing more. You just have to push your self to do the next game and eventually you'll be used to it.

If your afraid of losing on the ladder, imagine what korean pros feel like when they lose an ace match for their team. A lot of them have broken down and cried.
