Youtube videos keep freezing

I need help, Recently while watching videos on youtube ive noticed they have been freezing at random times through out the videos. And Ive noticed a couple of other different things that use flash have been having issues. Ive looked online but i cant find any solutions. Anyone got any ideas?

Try removing flash, and the re-installing, that might do the trick. Make sure your browser is updated also

Mine did this when in higher resolutions...turn that down?

Nope PBJ, my resolutions havent changed at all and the videos worked fine before. So idk what the problem is. I did what iSimon said and seems to have helped so far. We will see after a couple of days and see how many freeze.
