2 ear speakers, padded, overhead, mic [preferably not "IN LINE"] MY PRICE LIMIT IS 40$, LAST TIME I DID THIS AND NOBODY LISTENED SO THIS IS FOR YOU LAZY NOOBS WHO WONT READ A DAMN PARAGRAPH!

Well..... I've got an amazing headset that goes a little (ahema lot) over your price range, but the sound quality is incredible, it's like real life.

The Creative Sound Blaster Arenas. Work great.

They're $100 but it you want an awesome sound quality I highly recommend getting these. Since I'm a lazy noob I can't research some myself ;D

Though the "specs" your provided absolutely do not match what you are referring to. Maybe you're thinking of something else?
