Free FPS games - Blackshot

I downloaded this FREE first person shooter game called "Blackshot" and I got the Garena version of blackshot , because there are a couple people or companies that let you download the game. So I downloaded the Garena version of the game "Blackshot" and then when it finished I clicked on the game launcher and I waited for 10mins and nothing happened I am still at the desktop the game doesn't start.

Please reply back if you have an "IDEA" to fix it.
