See, in this discussion, the term “better” needs to be defined. Would you mean better in a 1vs 1 confrontation, or maybe a 2vs 1 situation, in an open map, or one with many tight corners?
The AK will seem to many as the one which holds dominance, due to the fact that it possesses the 1 shot headshot kill. A rifle that could kill with one bullet, compared with the m4’s would suggest that it is superior.
But in comes the factor of the difficulty of the shot, say you aren’t practiced enough, I can not count the number of times where I have missed my headline against onrushing CTs in T stairs and did no damage whatsoever, yet I also can not count the times that it has allowed me to spray down CTs with 2 or 3 headshots in a row.
Gee, this is going to drag on. So I will shorten this.
The M4 is a great gun to defend with, why? The recoil is much less and settles faster than the AK. Allowing you to spray down about 2 or 3 onrushing players, more easily than you can with an AK. It’s more accurate and reliable, and you could say a smaller risk than the ak.
Point is, they’re both equal. So in the end, it’s down to your style, isn’t it? Which is why you can’t really mark one as superior or “better”
My style ? Ak all the way. I seem to right click my mouse button for no reason while I’m in the middle of shooting an opponent.
Gee, it’s been a while since we’ve had a gun debate hasn’t it? All this hype about jail now-a-days.
