Want a toolbar? then click on my sig, this toolbar was made a long time ago, i only posted this thread so new members can get it, oh and a built in shoutbox thats linked to the shoutbox on the forums is also included in the toolbar

If you are being serious then Stealth didnt make it.

From my experience i believe Dominion made it since he along with agent86 are the tech guys. You can ask him if you want... but beware! He might accidently eat you
