this is how to get no acceleration for gamming go to the control panel and mouse
pointer options and turn off 1 enhance pointer precision and get cpl mouse fix for xp only and if you have a gamming mouse you can turn the acceleration there to make the dpi 1800 and in the control panel make the mouse speed 6/11
and your in game mouse sensitivity 1.6 and make the m_yaw 0.034 and the m_pitch 0.034 and mouse m_forward 0 and m_side 0.0 that should do it
 
Most Gamming mouse's << couldnt find the right word> but they come with instructions or what not, and you can add weights and stuff. so TBH i have never heard or seen what you are currently talking about.
 
You don't really need pics, just more sentence strutcture. Your opening post is unreadable and never told anyone why they would want to disable mouse accel.

Mouse acceleration basically makes you move faster/slower based on how fast your moving the mouse. This is bad for games, you'll never get a muscle memory baseline since you have to adjust your speed every time.

Most good mouse drivers have a option to turn it off completely inside the GUI, but if you don't you just go to windows mouse options and disable enhanced pointer aim. After that there still is a little bit of accel, and you can google a registry fix for it.
