Definitely on. I came to Insurgency because of the realism of this setting, and I won't play on servers where it is off.

Definitely on. More realistic and creates better game play, as said by Bad Brian stops the nade spamming also.

Many people couldn't stand Friendly Fire on INS (I'm talking pubs) And that is one of the reason they stopped playing, so I would have to vote keep it off.

It depends on the game. Insurgency: on, definitely. No other way. CS:S: I prefer off, but on works. Firearms: Source: Don't have it yet, maybe I'll get it tomorrow.
