Party mod - HELP?

I think i got this weird party mod on a modded server, and the party mod doesnt even remove itself... It just keeps poppin up ballons instead of blood and confetties instead of body parts... i tried deleting the TF folder but it didnt work, any fix?

Haha I got that once, it was such a pain until I figured out the command.

Does that mean we can enable "Birthday mode" via console? I always thought it had to be the server running it.

Yeah, you can just be running Birthday Mode if you want. No need for it to be on the server. But the server can force you to have it on if they want.

Oh, also, as a side note. The last day or two its been turned on by Valve due to the TF2 Anniversary. But was turned off last evening in a patch because it was turned on too early. So sometime later this week or next you should see it on again and probably for about a week to celebrate the Birthday of TF2
