The Problems Of Recruiting

Hey guys, I'm tired right now but I wanted to post something before I go watch a movie. As much as I completely WANT you guys to take action and start recruiting early as an =(e)= member. BUT please read this before you start, BE READY to make a commitment with yourself because some apps take a LOT loner than others. For instance, Baron Black's recruitment only took about half an hour, where as Volkan's took about 3 hours (Due to the fact that his english wasn't good so i had to type everything). So before you go out thinking your ready sit in and listen to a couple recruiters recruiting new people, ask questions, and lastly be ready to take your time with people that have lots of questions.

Mhmm. Get to know the person you are recruiting. Don't just ask them right off the bat. They will feel weird that a random guy is asking them to join a clan that they barely know.

Yeah, a very good point Simon, usually the people I recruit I've known for a while or someone I know has known them, of course I've only recruited 4 people but all of em are loving it so far.
