In Cs:s and Dod:S screen freeze and un freeze over and over

:crying:In Cs:s and Dod:S screen freeze and un freeze over and over. It dose that over and over a few time when I press one of my talk,fire, or any key and freezes 3-5 times then stops, then latter in the game it dose it again and again. :crying:

If u can help me I be very happy, because I get mad and door kills me all the time:chair:

check task manager see how much ram and etc is being used while running or do a system cleaning and ram cleaning
