banned from vent?

Ok this is all i remember a couple days ago comcast was taking a serious deuce on my interwebs kept kicking me off every 5-10 min well when i logged on to vent i tried to join the bc2 room and it didnt let me join so i clicked it again... nothing soo me being me i spammed clicked it and poof next thing i know im banned?
