Laptop Cooler

All right, so I've finally gotten to the point where I've decided that my laptop is too hot. I used to just prop it up an inch over the desk and occasionally manually fan it during load screens/respawn times, but I'm tired of that. So I was wondering what kind of cooler would work best.

1. Case is an HP dv5 notebook. The main fan is on the back left, with several secondary fans all along the bottom.

2. The screen is 15.4 widescreen and all USB drives are on the sides.

3. All of the heat is in the back half with most in the middle. I've seen some coolers that for some reason have that blocked off and can't cool in that section.

Budget's right in the middle. This thing isn't a monster and it's not OC'd, so the cooling doesn't have to be phenomenal, but I don't want to buy one of those POS's that doesn't actually cool, or just falls apart because it's cheap plastic.

Suggestions?

When i had a gaming laptop i bought a cooler master brand cooler, USB powered, fully aluminum, for $20. Quiet and efficient. Two 80mm fans and 3 USB ports(acts as a hub). Cant seem to find it, but i know it was cheap, effective, simple. Oh, and lightweight.

Yeah, I don't need something that powerful. Or expensive. I was looking at some Cooler Masters that seemed pretty good but most of them are around $20. Wasn't too sure what the bottom end of effective is, I'll go and check out all the tech stores in my area to see what's in stock. Most likely I'll order from newegg though.
