Binds

So I've been trying to experiment with binds lately and there is one that i've been wanting to do but can't figure it out. It's where you kill yourself in game but once you do it, it has a saying for example "Runs at the speed of light into a wall" and it kills you. If anyone could help me with that it'd be great!

And one other thing. Sorry for all the threads i've been making lately lol, i've had a lot of questions in the past week that i've needed to resolve!!!

Type "say *your phrase here, make the first letter capital*; kill" into console, mine says "For phreeduuuuuuuuuuum!" and kills me.

the one bind that i am surprised that more people don't have is
bind "f1" "voice_scale 0" and
bind "f2" "voice_scale 1"

that will instanly mute and unmute all of your teammates, that is a must on servers with all talk on.

I want to hear the foots steps coming down the hall and not see a teamate on radar and KNOW it is an enemy. Guys ask me all the time what headphones I use because I hear everything, i use my iPhone ear buds, nothing special I just usually have all muted
