(Passive) Strut
Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after falling out of combat for 7 or more seconds, increasing each second up to 80 maximum bonus speed.

Mana: 70/75/80/85/90
Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5
Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+75% of her attack damage) as physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first.

(W) Impure Shots
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 16
Passive: Increases Miss Fortune's damage on her target by 6/8/10/12/14 (+0.04 AP) with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times.
Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received by the target by 50%.

(E) Make It Rain
Mana: 80/85/90/95/100
Cooldown: 15
Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 95/155/215/275/335 (+ 0.33 AP) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.

Mana: 120/135/150
Cooldown: 120/110/100
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 45/70/95 plus the higher value between (0.25 AP) or (0.45 damage from items) magic damage per bullet, hitting up to 8 times to each target.

People asked for this and many troll's said it wouldn't happen. But it did, a gunslinger. Well to me its a girl gangplank -_-.
 
is this a joke? its like a really bad katarina. doesn't have her awesome passive but has movement speed to compensate for some more mobility. first skill is just a REALLY bad version of BB. second is like a bad version of KI and 3rd is a bad version of planks ult and her ult seems like a slightly improved HSS depending on the ratios.

i've wanted a gunslinger char for awhile, but if this is it im sorely disappointed.

no i haven't seen the numbers, and im hoping they are good but still just sounds like a pretty ripped off champ, even the look.
and yes i do think katarina is a good champ. i mained her for a long while...very good actually. not for ranked i don't think but i don't play ranked gameplay anyway.
actually now i basically only play ARAM games because its the only thing thats really fun. i don't even play normal games for first win of the day bonus anymore...just don't find it fun.
 
They were leaked to a russian forum and have been spreaded around ever since. Unless carmine you are in the PTR. Which is fine either/or.

Sir, how dare you accuse me of lying. I would never lie to anyone. You say I need proof? What proof do I need other than my word.
 
I didnt accuse you of lying or anything else.I said this is bad,the quality of the hero doesnt seem like Riot Games can you provide the link/source where you saw this,basically. If I was to accuse you of lying I would say "Hey your lying".I always ask for source before I believe anything online.Who knows maybe you saw it on another forums that posted this and they could have made it up. I dont know. I dont believe anything online unless I see sources.I dont take anyone's word on the internet. So I had found a source to back this up myself.

Saving up to buy the hero now.... I don't care how bad she is I'm playing with her exclusively from the point she is released and onward.

And Carmine stop being so defensive. Skepticism is the status quo online, and that being the case Hugh said nothing beyond what he had right to ask about. Sources are always good no matter how trivial the material.
 
There's always the chance that you were lied to in the first place.
Not sayin that's what I think happend tho'.

None of the abilities are very..... original I have to say. I particularly dislike ricochet shot because you'd have to aim away from your actual target, but as I havent played the character yet I will withhold my godlike judgement.
 
i gotta say if those are the abilities, ricochet shot seems like it would rock for one of the side lanes. so you can harass both the champs if they are lined up right

Katarina's bouncing blades will be able to do the same more reliably, and cause 50% less healing if done with her active.
Miss.F's ult is very similar to, say, Pantheons 'Heartseeker', but with Katarina's ults effects.
Her second skill looks like she recieves a free malady in exchange for Shunpo, an escape/initiate mechanism, leaving scatter shot the only skill I like the look of for not being bland/sub-par (?).

I cant wait to see the genuine release so I can compare them more accurately. I'm just sad to see I can't view Carmines link for being in the European servers instead.
