actually....her ult sounds quite amazing if its able to hit all targets that are inside the cone, unlike kats ult where its a max of 3 at a time.
figure it, 200 bonus damage (*.45) = 90+95 * 8 = 1480 damage before resistance. it does magic damage so they'll need to stack MR to stop it, so figure after some pen something like 50 MR for most which is 33% reduc thus actual damage of 991.6 per target.
thats actually pretty good, and the ratios on AP seem even better than that of AD, however unlike kat i think this char is much more appropriate for AD, but she essentially seems like a katarina 2.0
