Is theres something wrong with my conduct? I got my admin taken away ( ( What do I need to improve? I do not understand my self, so maybe you guys can help me, so I can improve and hopefully get my admin back.

I Kinda do not understand why I got kicked. =( After they gave me warning about team speak, I stopped, P.S. in the server, I know all the rules.
