AVA crashes hlaf-life 2??

so for the past week...everytime i play in our AVA server after 10-15 minutes the game crashes and i get the "half life 2 has encountered a problem and needs to close" .... the error reporting box. doesn't happen to me in donner...and i haven't tried other servers. i have deleted the .blog files and logged in and out of steam but that hasn't helped. my last option will be to uninstall and reinstall steam, but if i have to do this...i will...has anyone else had this type of problem before?

Yes. Any software gets corrupted from time to time and has to be reinstalled to "freshen" it. It could even be that the download from the server of map, etc. has to be redone too.

yeah always go with a fresh reinstall. If that doesnt work check out the Valve website and do some research!
