Football players/supporters?

(Football as in soccer)

Any fans or players out there? If so, what team do you support and/or what position do/did you play?

Team - Glory glory Man Utd! Red Devil since 91!

Position played - Goalkeeper. 4 years on varsity and team capt my junior year. Had a chance to go to college and play but I destroyed my right knee my senior year. :(
 
ohh soccer well in that case i'd have to go with my high school team cause they always stay positive and rarely get down bout losing, but small school = more school/team spirit

btw random note master you got a cool member #, 512
mines so, well, has no meaning...

Yeah, your point about small schools is true. I should know - my graduating class was 9 people. Haha.

512 is the area code for Austin, Tx which is where I live. 8)
 
my parents are from argentina so i love soccer. but my favorite national team is argentina (of course) and favorite club soccer team is Boca (best team in argentina). man argentina should have won the world cup. germany cheated.

my school has a usuall graduating class of 25
about 13 players will be graudating this year :((

512 is a power of 2, yeah im nerd so sue me lol
 
Have only played at school and in our floorball team :) Heh he, we played football at times, as basketball too. But only in tournaments as floorball.
 
Awww this is basically a soccer thread.... well soccer players usually got beat up at my high school. lol but i did play "American Football" and i was a wide reciever/defensive end...
 
i played soccer when i was 5 and 6, but got tired of it. every game i got hit in the head, hmmm that would explan a lot lol, but not much of a soccer fan. if more fighting i'd like it. I like hockey!, i'll join just to beat people, dont even care if i get kicked out! :)

May be just my opinion.
Only thing I like about soccer is...that I can play it online as a manager :) Which is sweet.
 
I played soccer. I was the fastest person in the legaue, and played every position. I was best at defense, in which we played a diamond setup. I was the top of the diamond. My 2nd best spot was midfield because I had a nasty fast kick and never got tired. :)
 
. Manchester United fans get all the chicks. I didnt play footie when I was younger as me and the rest of my known universe thought it was for girls. I was a baseball and American Football kind of guy. First game I saw was the 94 world cup, I came home after work one night to catch Basball Tonight on ESPN and someone had on Sissyball! It was Nigeria vs Bulgaria and I couldnt help myself, I just couldnt stop watching it. First time I saw English League Football the first image on my TV was Eric Cantona treating Liverpool like a cheap date and I became a Man United fan. For those of you who dont know who he is, picture the Fonz as an athelete. The man was cool personified.
