small problem

Every two to three weeks or so, Steam decides to not recognize that i own DoD. The Steam page comes up asking me to buy the game through Steam for twenty bucks or whatever it is. To play, i have to uninstall and then reinstall the game and all is well for another three weeks or so. It's not that big of a deal but it is pretty annoying.

Anybody else have this problem or any advice?

Thats happened to me before and i just restarted my computer and it worked, but its only happened once or twice.

i get that every week or so, all i have to do is restart steam and it works fine

thats happend to me once i just put the DOD disk back in and hit the register CD key again and i haven't had that problem since

If all else fails detete steam and re-install...

try to log out of steam, shut steam down, and open/log-into steam again. u may also want to just re-register the CD_Key

this usually happens to me if i go on and off games like dod and css alot. i usually jus restart steam and it solves the problem.
