Assessing Bug Priority

This post is more so directed towards the Leadership posting bugs for their games. Please note that if you need something done, and it is not a bug, you should post in Leadership Request instead (e.g. config changes, map name changes, etc.). With that being said...

1. Priority Ratings & What They Mean

Low Priority - This rating is for bugs that don't require immediate attention. That is not to say that they won't be fixed in a timely manner; only that it is not a major bug that totally ruins/inhibits game-play.

Medium Priority - This rating is for bugs that, while not game breaking, are noticeably problematic in the servers.

High Priority - These are the bugs that should be of the utmost priority for the server. High Priority bugs are game breaking things that cause total and complete inhibition of game play. Things that are consistently crashing the server should always be rated High Priority. If it isn't at a similar level to server crashing, bugs will typically be rated at a lower priority than High.

2. Why was the Priority Rating Changed on my Bug?
The Technical Team are constantly checking this forum and keeping tabs on the current bugs present in our servers. As such, we have active knowledge of how bugs compare to others, and how the priority rating compares in the grand scale of things. If the priority of your bug has changed, and you didn't change it yourself, it is because a Tech member re-assessed the bug.
