my friends and I are starting a band, one problem, we cant thing of any names, we did think of Symphony of Destruction.....but we'll have some problems with copyright. So if you guys have any suggestions, that would be great. oh we are more of a modern hard rock band.......so no emo names or country names and so on

Your band name should be decided by your band and your band alone. If you can't have a unique name... how can you make unique music?
