Yes(Ish), I HAVE recruited, But I prefer cherry-picking people I know are quality. I have some people I might be able to bring in, friends and former MilSim buddies.
I mean are you talking Arma Servers? If so, Antistasi, KOTH, Hearts&Minds, CTI, Domination, MAYBE LIFE if we did our own. I am ALSO a fairly competent zeus, I don't really mess too deeply with SQM/Scripting assets if I can avoid it. But I HAVE built missions in the past. I played with Serious/MilSim groups, even operated my own with some success for a while. I've been taking a "Hiatus" from Arma for the moment to some bad luck with units, but with eGO trying out Arma, I am MORE THAN WILLING to be part of it and would love to see a full division spring up soonTM.
As for non-arma, You already know I play TF2 at least 2-4 times a week, or CS:GO.
