Duplicate Surf, Admin Chat displaying in all chat

On the 24/7 Beginner Surf Server when typing to an admin using @ ( your message ) it will display in the admin chat and the all chat.

What should happen is the @ (message) should only appear in the admin chat.

someone already made a report about this and they said there's nothing they could do about it at this time.

Interesting I looked for if someone posted it, but that was in suggestions I suppose
