What is an Recruitment Coordinator?

• Recruitment coordinators in Overwatch are a welcoming face in the community to show its true value.
• Recruitment coordinators in Overwatch keep the game supported in eGO by encouraging members to sign up officially by getting their e tag or by simply keeping the server active.

What will be Expected of you?

• The absolute #1 thing expected of you at this time is to queue with new people. As we have grown, we no longer need to worry so much about numbers but actual retention rate.
• Recruitment coordinators are responsible for populating the community by recruiting new members as well as keeping the server active by being a friendly and welcoming face.
• Recruitment coordinators are responsible for promoting the community or discord in other ways. For example:
  • In game when a good game is had
  • In discords made for advertisement
  • In private messages with members who are interested in joining
  • Etc if you have more ideas
• Recruitment coordinators are also responsible for:
  • Doing ads, bumping and voting for the Discord server at least once a week.
  • Educating active members on how they can help out with recruitment as well.
  • Gathering member feedback to see what we can improve upon.
  • Being open and providing feedback to LE if you feel the server can be improved.
  • Being patient as some struggle to sign up.

Eligibility Requirements

• To be eligible to apply for RC or Recruitment Coordinator you must be a G level admin and have a microphone.
• You will have to be able to do ads on Discord and own the game of Overwatch.
