HELP VALVE JUST SCREWED ME OVER!

Seriously not a joke, I sign on and get a steam box telling me that I've been caught hacking and that I'm banned from pretty much every single server thats VAC protected. I would not care if I hacked, but I have never even concidered getting hacked. Is there anything that I can do other than email them because that never fixes crap, or have any of you guys had this problem in the past.

in other steam is weird news:
Occasionally it will say in the steam games menu that instead of DoDs being ready to play it shows it as pre-load completed with the only option being to buy it. I found that restarting my comp fixes it, still kinda irritating tho

[/quote1180531468]Usually just restarting steam works for me, thank heaven. Lol My PC takes quite a long time to reboot.

Happened to me once, had to rebuy and dowload Steam and source as a security measure, Remeber if anyone asks for your details in game, even your real name, and you don't know them, tell one of us eGO's and we'll ban em to high heaven.

i tried getting on to visit the server and i got vac banned too, hmm steam is really getting annoying

the guy was spamming me with the steam friends invite and then tried to have me "verify" my account info. (nope, don't have a steam ID so it's probably no use).

hey Nuclear Pancake,
i get the same thing with the pre-load complete and the only option is to buy dod. All you have to do is go to file switch user and then re-sign in and it will work

ive had the preload thing before and i just restart but this is much different. Also i havnt talked to anyone online about my steam stuff so i know i didnt get hacked. For some reason I just signed on and lo and behold im banned from absolutly everything.
