I’ve seen a lot of people posting a “daybook” on what’s going on in their life so I decided to hop on the trend and post my work out and weight loss journey.

I’m not sure if I’ll post daily or weekly I guess we’ll just see how it goes 🤷🏼‍♂️

Starting weight: 201 (6 months ago)

Current weight: 176

Workout: pretty much did upper body today (always skip leg day haha) jammed out to old school r&b pretty nice and light day

Diet: today I’m cooking up some chicken legs and that’s it, gotta refuel up on them proteins for big gains!

(yes my legs are still toothpicks 😔)

Starting weight: 201

Current weight: 175 (-26 pounds)

Workout: had a heavy ab day, sit-ups, leg lifts, mountain climbers, along with some weighted pull ups (45 pounds 3 reps)

Diet: cheat day haha having a retirement party for a fellow firefighter today

But Never skip Leg Day!

And work on your core! It's all about balance.

Amazing weight loss. Lifting is the way to go!

Workout: today did heavy chest and abs I’m so sore and exhausted got done stretching and now time to just relax for the rest of the day at work

Diet: some Buffalo chicken with some rice and broccoli shit slaps good for them muscles 💪🏻

(sadly no pics today but let’s just imagine this is what I look like right now)
