I’ve seen a lot of people posting a “daybook” on what’s going on in their life so I decided to hop on the trend and post my work out and weight loss journey.
I’m not sure if I’ll post daily or weekly I guess we’ll just see how it goes
Starting weight: 201 (6 months ago)
Current weight: 176
Workout: pretty much did upper body today (always skip leg day haha) jammed out to old school r&b pretty nice and light day
Diet: today I’m cooking up some chicken legs and that’s it, gotta refuel up on them proteins for big gains!
(yes my legs are still toothpicks )
