WHY IS STEAM REINSTALLING DoD:S???

Like I go on DoD and then when I look into my fav's I see no servers. When I look into the rest of the servers I see only 9 servers out of all the servers DoD has. Anyone know why this is happening? It took HOURS to install!!!(I bought DoD off the internet does that have to do anything with it?) (Also Xfire updated something and go rid of most of my desktop shortcuts)
Now it's not even installing when it says it is!!!

I went to DoD.com and then i bought it off there.

Why didn't you simply buy it off steam? You can't buy DoD off of DoD.com by the way.....

Ok I got in reinstalled !lol But NOW, everytime I go into DoD and go to fav's no server pops up. When I go to find other servers in the gerneral community in the "Internet" tab NOTHING POPS UP! I neeed HELP...FAST! !ill ( x)

Lock this thread if possible anybody. I fixed the prob and don't need anymore suggestions.
