subway player loading is bugged

Description of the bug.
sometimes players might look like they teleport because player models take longer to load in/register. I don't know if this is a csgo bug or a map bug but I've had it happen once before

What should be happening instead?
People should load in smoothly

Describe how to replicate the bug.

if i were to guess theres most likely an area portal there or something like it, just change the position of it or just delete it and it should fix the problem
