Report Retaliation

Player reports should at all times be viewed as a serious occurrence and should never be made out of emotion, spite, revenge, or disrespect. A report should only be made when it is determined that a specific rule has been broken and a clear explanation can be made to support it. Reports should be made with a clear head with no emotion intact to allow an objective explanation to be posted. If it is identified a report is opened out of emotion or retaliation, it will be immediately closed.

Revenge Reporting is defined as reporting individuals who have been involved in an already existing (or completed) review. The staff members will analyze all angles of a report to address the entirety of the situation. Opening a report seeking revenge on others involved may be subject to further action from the staff team.

Player Robbing

While robbing players is allowed, there should be purpose to your actions. Your character should be facilitating other people's roleplay, senseless robbing that does not follow your storyline or does not make sense within your characters actions should not be occurring.
  1. You can rob a player in response to an incident that follows a practical storyline.
  2. You can not rob as player if there lacks any previous interactions and you are not facilitating any sort of roleplay. (String robbing, robbing a random person you're yet to interact with, etc.)

Kidnapping Emergency Services

You are not permitted to kidnap any on duty emergency services personnel. You are allowed to hold up an officer and request the release of their prisoner if you meet the following criteria.
  1. You are respecting the rule of 4.
  2. It makes sense for your character to demand the release of the detainee.
  3. The detainee is still actively in police custody. (Not processed / sent to prison)

NVL

Previously

You must value your life. You are expected to comply when facing force or violence.

Now
Your character should recognize when their life is, or could be, in danger and act in a way that would result in their good health. Going against orders under clear threat of injury without a sure way of retaliation would be considered not valuing life.

Rule of 4

Previously

  1. The rule of 4 is simple. Criminals cannot operate as a unit of more than 4 (this includes outside shooters and spotters) for scenes.
  2. The rule of 4 does not apply when you are in your gang's controlled territory.
  3. You cannot lure the police to your territory to have an army attack them.
  4. You cannot lure an enemy group who may be chasing you to your territory to have an army attack them.
  5. Certain server events such as racing may serve as an exception to the rule of 4. In these circumstances, only those involved in the event should interact with one another in scenarios that transpire from these events.

Now
A maximum of 4 individuals should actively participate in a crime. A fifth is allowed to act as a coordinator, spotter, or informer, but cannot provide assistance by transporting, joining combat, supplementing supplies, or other direct support. There is no limit to the amount of players who can participate in a race, but the limit applies to when rescuing another racer, with the person being rescued being counted; this also applies to any ongoing situations.

Otherwise, there are no limits. An unrestricted number of people may roleplay together, and even defend themselves, as long as it's done in a legal manner.
