Guns disappearing

Description of the bug.
This thread is meant to serve as a place for uploading clips of this happening to hopefully narrow down the cause.
Seemingly randomly players are losing their guns.

I was standing on scout secret during war day in pool on moonjail. I got flashed and walked up on the secret and my awp disappeared.
 
Just had this happen 2 rounds in a row, it's getting real bad. I'll upload clips soon
 
Looking at the clips, everything seems to have happened while the player had their knife out or recently switched from their knife. Something related perhaps? Pretty sure this only started after the last JB update (or the one before that, on Feb 21 and Jan 17 respectively), server changelogs aren't too specific but some changes that could be related/caused this are (in order of likelyhood):

  • Fixed a bug where players were unable to use weapons if a special day ended early
  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to hold shields won from !rtd
  • Fixed an issue where other players could pick up a shield won from RTD
  • Fixed a bug where some players had !ws skins
  • Fixed a bug that interfered with gangs (very inspecific and can't tell much)

Although it's hard to see any of those causing this, it's better than nothing I guess. Hopefully it gets figured out soon, seems to be getting worse and more people are complaining.

This is an extremely disruptive bug and it occurring very often.

Idk if this is related but using the "hammer" as a melee weapon bugs out very often at the beginning of round causing movement binds to work opposite for a brief moment until the melee weapons disappears in a similar way that guns are disappearing.

Unless already done so please up this bug report post to urgent!

EDIT: My movement binds were switched, forward key was temporarily changed to A instead of W during this bug. The hammer glitches and the bugs fixes itself when I pick up an item, however I end up losing a melee weapon. It occurred almost every new round. I can make a seperate bug report if tech team believes this bug is unrelated to the "Guns Disappearing" bug

So I'm sure MSWS and the tech team is already aware, but the guns disappearing glitch, from what I've seen of all the clips, happens at the exact moment someone dies typically. I know a lot of people are saying it could be related to switching back and forth from melee, but if you look closely even if it disappears while you're not switching or holding the gun, it disappears from the inventory when someone dies. Seems to happen if it's a teammate or an enemy, and regardless of what team you're on. Hope this is fixed soon!

Also as a side note I can't seem to figure out how it picks which weapon to disappear. I've seen CTs lose their knives and not their guns or just lose their primary. It sometimes seems to be the weapon you're holding out but not always, as some of the clips are showing. So the swapping weapons could somehow be related in which weapon it decides to get rid of. Weird.

Trinitys theory might actually be right, that one is the instant someone died too.

Appears to vanish as soon as someone dies AND I just took damage to add to what blank was saying
