Counter-Strike Not Planned Surf : Drugged Mode

Have a mode where if chosen, you have Drugs Toggled on you and you have to surf with it on. It would be interesting to see if people could beat maps with it toggled on.

I know some other servers that had this mode. Something to be careful of is I know there was work-arounds with it like you could spec someone and then surf and the effect would be gone but still count as part of the mode. So would have to be aware of certain work-arounds.
