connecting to steam

i get on my comp for an evening session and i couldent connect to steam.....

i went to the site and it said that it wouldent run on windows 98 anymore and i need vista...i have XP home edition

dont know much.....but it gets me by

umm install xp pro or upgrade to vista(not recommended for the time being)

reinstall steam and/or dods

I am currently running xp home edition. I havent had any problems like that. Did you install new drivers or upgrade any equipment?

well i deleted everything,,, then downloaded it back up and it works...thanks for the support
