Good thing is, you don't need any experience! Every single person on media team is helpfull and will give feedback and tips on where to improve. As long as you're willing to learn the sky is the limit.

For example: I wasn't really good at video editing but with the help of some awesome people I got a lot better. I'm pretty sure @Ric learned how to do art from scratch with the help of @heidi's knowledge! And he know does some of the best art I've ever seen
