Ds sometimes not getting a knife

Detailed description of the bug
So I was D one round where I didnt get a knife and I was so confused as to why but then some maps later another person told me that they didnt get a knife either and he was D as well so Im assuming that sometimes D dont get a knife and it might be only with people that have a knife skin

EDIT: It doesnt get rid of your knife it just makes you drop it instead

This is happening to me on jb sometimes
