Hello all,
Currently on the list of approved mods for the Minecraft server, there's a handful of mods that aren't ported to 1.20 and some that ceased development long before that, namely Inventory Tweaks, which stopped being updated in 1.12 in 2017. I wanted to make a suggestion to add Mouse Tweaks to the list which is the spiritual successor to IT and when you click the "check out alternatives" option on the Inventory Tweaks page, Mouse Tweaks is the first result.
While it doesn't contain the shortcut GUI buttons for sorting inventories, it plays mainly off the mouse mechanics that Inventory Tweaks started by providing many new uses beyond just shift-clicking to move items. Due to the popularity of this mod, if you played any MC modpacks before I guarantee you've used it whether you knew it or not. The CurseForge page for the mod (linked above) describes its functionality better than I could without just copy pasting it so I'd recommend giving it a shot and seeing what you think if you're unfamiliar.
